Project Main Purpose

The target audience of the Virtual Chemistry Apps- VCLApps project with contract number 2020-1-TR01-KA226-SCH-097806 coordinated by Eskişehir Anadolu University within the scope of Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Strategic Partnerships for Preparation for Digital Education is Virtual Chemistry to enable high school students to do laboratory applications in the field of chemistry. Lab Applications (VCLapps) and additional digital content (e-books and e-learning toolkit) to design, develop, implement and evaluate.

Project Main Purpose

“Virtual Chemistry Laboratory” environments will be prepared for high school students’ chemistry lesson applications.

Project Scope

It will contribute to the dissemination of project outputs in 40 different high schools in 39 different regions of Istanbul.

Project Partners

Under the leadership of Anadolu University, expert academic staff and other partners in the field of Chemistry and Distance Education.

Project Activities

Virtual simulations of six chemistry laboratories to be determined by the partners and a virtual chemistry e-book will be made.

With the Covid-19 epidemic in the world, there are great difficulties especially in the implementation of applied courses. With the results of the project, high school students will have the opportunity to apply their basic chemistry knowledge in virtual environment.
